I looked on our neighborhood social media site for window cleaning recommendations prior to listing our home for sale. Hands down, John King of King Exterior Services was repeatedly recommended. Mr. King was able to give me a quick estimate and get me on the schedule when I needed. He confirmed the day before and showed up ready to go. He does beautiful meticulous work and our windows absolutely sparkle. Friendly personality, high level of detail, and fair honest pricing. We highly, highly recommend King Exterior Services!

I mean…TOTAL perfection! If you’re looking for someone who is as meticulous as you, but with expertise, equipment, and energy, John is your guy! Couldn’t be happier with his work.

HIRE John for all your exterior needs. He has done several jobs for me (gutter cleaning, brush removal, wash siding/garage, window cleaning). He is extremely thorough and well worth his prices. He is an excellent communicator about timing, etc. I plan to use his services as often as I can afford.

We had John out for patio power washing. Incredible!!! His attention to detail was impressive, plus great pricing. He explained the process, was super careful around plants, and did an outstanding job. 100% recommend!!

Highly recommend King Exterior Services! Their attention to detail and eye for perfection are outstanding. They were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. I couldn’t believe how much they accomplished in just one day. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and left the property completely cleaned up, down to the very last detail. The house looked so clean when they were finished that when the sun hit it, it was almost too bright to look at! Excellent work from start to finish. We will absolutely use King Exterior Services again!

Super quick communication, was able to get an appointment very quickly. The job was completed on time and according to what we spoke about beforehand. He even went above and beyond and cleaned our gutters out for us, which was great since we had been putting that off ourselves! Our house looks extra clean now and the extra care that was taken to protect and move items beforehand was a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend!
